We invite high caliber to apply for the following position:


Job Description:


  •  Engage trade with customers; 
  •  Establish and maintain good relationship with customers; 
  •  Report to Manager and get solution to deal with complaints regarding the customer feedback; 
  •  Maintain complaint file and follow up outstanding issues; 
  •  Update clients’ requirements; 
  •  Cooperate with sales team and lab supervisor for job processing; 
  •  Receive worksheet/data from Lab; 
  •  Review test application form and prepare test report; 
  •  Distribute test report to customers and upload in system. 




  •  ​Fluent in spoken and written English; 
  •  Computer skills such as Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook; 
  •  At least 1 year experience in relevant position; 
  •  Careful and good knowledgeable about testing process to align with client’s requirement such as protocol, standard; 
  •  Good management jobs; 
  •  Effective communication skill with all levels of employees and customers; 
  •  Diligence, effective presentation skill, independent for working; 
  •  Continuous improvement.
