We invite high caliber to apply position of Customer Service Officer for Softlines industry in Ha Noi City with the following details:  

 

Role and Responsibilities:     

 

• Working with customers to handle test requests for testing services of textiles or footwear.
• Facilitate communication between lab and clients.
• Collect test samples from suppliers and help to arrange lab tests.
• Release report to suppliers.
• Handle data entry work.
• Handle client enquiries.
• Handle tasks from client and lab.
• Maintaining good relationships with current customers while also developing relationships with new and potential customers.
• Internal: Coordinator, Lab
• External: Buyer and agent, factories

 

Requirements:

 

• Fluent of English in both speaking & writing (able to speak Chinese is advantage)
• Experience in the Customer Service field is preferred.
• Having textile & garment background is an advantage.
• Communication Skill   
• Able to work under pressure.
• Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
• Willing to work flexible when overtime is needed.
