Role and Responsibilities:    

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Other jobs are assigned by Direct Manager

Requirements:   

  • University/College degree;
  • Having working experience as a Customer Services is an advantage;
  • Well- refined communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Due diligent, Integrity and Excellence personalities
