Coordinator (Softlines / Textile) | HN/HCM

 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:    

• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Understand buyer testing manual.
• Follow up testing order, sending testing report to client timely and accurate.
• Receiving and solving client queries related to test reports.
• Dealing with complaints regarding customer feedback.
• Making worksheet for Laboratory

 PERSON SPECIFICATION:  

• University degree in major in Chemical/Garment/ Textile or related field.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English. 
• Have working experience in Garment company is referable. 
• Good understanding of testing procedure and good problem-solving ability 
• Be able to complete job accurately & timely. 
• Careful, hardworking, teamwork spirit and willing to work overtime. 
• Ability to work under high pressure.
