Invoicing Staff (Soflines / Textile) | HN/HCM

Role and Responsibilities:     

• Gather data from vendor invoices to ensure that billing information is accurate.
• Collect information from the related department to verify that the materials on the invoice were received from the company.
• Analyze vendor invoices to ensure pricing accuracy and work with vendors and buyers to resolve billing inaccuracies.
• Prepare billing invoices for Testing jobs to customers and ensure the accuracy of the invoices
• Liaise with Accountant for Testing payment
• Report to Invoice Leader

Requirements:

• University/College degree
• Fluent in writing and speaking English
• Computer literature in Work and Excel
• Be able to complete job accurately & timely
• Careful, hardworking, teamwork spirit and willing to work overtime
• Having experience in Billing/Invoicing and typing skill
